Printer Repairs

We are pleased to offer ID Card printer repair services. Sometimes cleaning the card rollers with the manufacturer approved cleaning kit products fixes problems, but in other cases, a printer might need to be sent in to us
To send a printer in for repair, please make sure you first get a repair authorization number to ship a printer to us. ID printers without an RMA number and the shipping requirements below are not our responsibility and can be turned away.

The following recommendations will help insure quick service and prevent damage:

1) At least 3 inches of bubble wrap around all 6 sides of the id printer with no loose area or empty space.
Note: Shipping Companies will not cover claims if not properly packed.
2) Include a business card and a note or printed email with a brief explanation of the problems are that you would like addressed. This will save time and labor cost.
3) Ship with insurance for the value of the id printer. US mail is not recommended. (Otherwise it will not be covered if lost or damaged)
Note: Please DO NOT USE popcorn type packing material. - It can get in the electronics, is a mess and will result in more repair labor for cleaning.
